Getting ready to launch the demo.

After a long time, I finally got the demo done.

image.png Ta-da! For now, to save money and time, I've hooked it up to gemini-3.7, and the results are decent.

I had glm pull in a few TCGA slides. At least from the workflow perspective, the pipeline is solid. Next up is running benchmarks and having pathologists review and optimize.

There's also a long-standing bug where the "follow-up" feature's process dies. I need to dig into that.

For future considerations, I might add SVG drawing capabilities so the agent can proactively draw circles or point out regions.

Then I'll launch the official page, and consider letting everyone use gemini for free for testing. I'll also leave an API endpoint so users can set their own AI.

By the way, the DSH plugin is also in development. Overall, it's been made into the visual layer of pathTogather, essentially a collaborative virtual microscope. Then there's the HistoPilot plugin, mainly this harness. HistoPilot is based on Pi, and I made a DSH plugin version based on the same code, but it's not finished yet.
